  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del 24 de junio de 2026 , dictado por e l Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Taminango , en el marco de la acci�n de tutela promovida por Jorge El�as Castillo Calvache contra el Fondo de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, Fiduprevisora S.A. y Proinsalud I.P.S.
  2. SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-5503 a l Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Taminango , para que, de forma inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisi�n a la que haya lugar .
  3. TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Taminango que, en lo sucesivo, se abstenga de apartarse del conocimiento de acciones de tutela con fundamento en las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 333 de 2021 .
  4. CUARTO. Por Secretar�a General, COMUNICAR a la parte actora y al Juzgado 005 Administrativo del Circuito de San Juan de Pasto la decisi�n adoptada mediante esta providencia.
